Some items, such as the 88061 involve attaching the legs at multiple points. If the legs do not seem to be aligning properly, there are a couple of possibilities that you can check.
1. Are the legs interchangeable? This can be determined by looking at the parts list in the assembly instructions. If legs are identical, a single letter will be assigned in the manual, and the quantity will be greater than one. If they are not, each will be assigned its own letter and parts will be labeled accordingly.
If parts are different, compare them and ensure that the they are not being confused.
2. Avoid completely tightening hardware until all parts are in position, as this can create the appearance of a misalignment.
Instead, loosely attach legs at each point. When all connections are made, work your way around the unit, tightening little by little until all joints are secure.
